Per our booking representative: “Please note that you will not receive an automatic confirmation when submitting your info via this link. The Resort will confirm each reservation within 24-72 hours of receipt and send a secure payment link for deposit at that time.”
The meeting will run from Sunday evening (April 19) to Thursday evening (April 23).
We have found resorts are less willing to take on the accounting headache of adding the ERS meeting tuition to each member’s folio upon checkout. Kiawah is requiring this charge to be posted to the guest’s folio 30 days prior to the reservation which is in keeping with their cancellation policy. Tuition for singles will be $1100, and tuition for couples will be $1600. If you are sharing a villa/hotel room with another single, please notify us so the appropriate tuition will be charged to the accounts.
